1. Any outstanding balance of the Gift Voucher shall not be refunded, or exchanged for cash.
2. The Gift Voucher shall be valid for a one-year period from the date of purchase. at the expiry of the validity period, the Gift Voucher cannot be renewed, or used to purchase goods, not shall any unused remaining balance or the Gift Voucher be claimed.
3. The Gift Voucher is a barrier instrument. Its holder shall be solely responsible for the use and custody of the Voucher. Tsiropoulos Diamonds Jewelry Shop shall not replace the Gift Voucher in case of theft, loss or damage thereof.
4. The purchase and/or use of the Gift Voucher entails the full acceptance of these terms and conditions available to the customer upon purchase of the Gift Voucher and which are also available at Tsiropoulos Diamonds Jewelry Shop.
