Shipping & Returns

A. Processing Time: In-Stock (1–3 business days); Custom/Appraisal (5–10 business days).
B. Delivery Time & Zones:
- Cyprus (Domestic): 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.
- European Union (EU): 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- International (Non-EU): 7 to 14 business days from dispatch, depending on customs.
C. Requirements: Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments require the signature of an adult recipient.

BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING ORDERS, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND CONSENTING TO THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED HEREIN.

Eligibility (Distance vs. In-Store): This 14-day online return and refund policy applies strictly to Online Store purchases (Distance Sales Contracts). Items purchased directly from our physical store in Nicosia are not eligible for a monetary refund; in-store sales are governed by our in-store exchange policy (item or voucher only).

Time Limit: You have a legal right to receive a monetary refund without penalty within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
Notification and Return: You must notify us by written notice within this period. Please contact us on +357 22518130 before returning. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days of your notification.

Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.
Documentation: Must include all original labels, the Purchase Receipt or the Exchange Card, and all documentation.
Security Check: Products are checked before delivery.
Crucial Jewelry Security: All original Gemological Reports (e.g., GIA) must be included. Failure to return the original certificate will result in a fee of €600.
D. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods (e.g., personalized engraving, resizing rings).

Amount Refunded: You will be refunded the full price of the product and the original standard shipping costs (including all VAT paid).
Customer Costs: Return shipping costs will not be refunded and are the customer's responsibility (insured shipping is recommended).
Timeline: Your refund will appear on your card within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Post-14 Days: After more than 14 calendar days from delivery, only a repair may be requested, not a return for refund.

Reporting: Must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Assessment: If the Warranty Policy is met, we will proceed with an exchange or repair (the outcome is typically a voucher or equivalent product).
