Orders And Delivery

What are the terms of purchase?

By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which cover pricing, delivery, returns, our guarantee and gemological reports. We guarantee that the diamonds and gemstones in the pieces we sell are natural, unless the description states otherwise, and that the metal is as described. We may cancel an order before dispatch if there is a pricing error or the piece is no longer available, in which case we refund your payment in full.

How is my order delivered safely?

Every delivery must be signed for by an adult. Your piece is our responsibility until it is delivered and signed for. Delivery times and returns are explained in our Shipping & Returns (Online) policy.
