• Color and Imagery: We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the actual product color. Product images are for illustration only.
• Gemological Variability: All grading and weight estimations (e.g., total carat weight) are approximations. Individual variations may occur due to the natural nature of gemstones and diamonds.
• Gemological Reports: Any reference to a Gemological Report on this website is subject to the full Report Disclaimer (Section 8).

• Currency and VAT: All prices and charges on this site are clearly displayed in EUROS (€). For sales within the EU, the prices displayed include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) payable. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products plus the applicable delivery charge, all set out clearly in your Shopping Cart.
• Availability and Stock: All products are subject to availability. Prices, offers, and products may change before, but not after, we confirm your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased.

Your completion of the online checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase the item(s) on these Terms and Conditions. Our initial confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

• Contract Formation: The legally binding contract between you and The Company is formed only when we send you a separate email confirming that the item has been dispatched.
• Errors and Cancellation: In the event of a pricing error or if goods are eventually not available, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order at any time up to the point of dispatch. If your order is cancelled prior to contract formation, your payment will be refunded in full.

The website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aris Tsiropoulos Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or content of the website.

• Liability Exclusion: Aris Tsiropoulos Ltd, its employees, or agents shall NOT be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of the website or the products sold here.

• Intellectual Property (IP): All content, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Aris Tsiropoulos Ltd. You may not reproduce this content without permission.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, all transactions, and non-contractual obligations are exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You agree that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute. We do not accept amendments or variations to these Terms and Conditions by the customer.
• Contract Language: The transaction, contractual conclusion, and all associated communication will be processed and concluded in the English and/or Greek language.

• Sales within the European Union (EU): Prices displayed include VAT at the applicable rate, in accordance with the EU’s One Stop Shop (OSS) regulations.
• International Sales (Non-EU Destinations): For delivery addresses outside of the European Union, the prices displayed do not include EU VAT.
• Customer Responsibility for Local Charges: The customer is responsible for all local import duties, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and local taxes (including the destination country's VAT) levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid to Tsiropoulos Jewelry.
• Failure to Pay: The customer acts as the importer of record. Failure to pay these local charges may result in the goods being held or returned. In the event of a return due to the customer's refusal to pay duties, any fees incurred by Tsiropoulos Jewelry (including return shipping costs) will be deducted from any potential refund due.

• The Report is explicitly not a guarantee, warranty, or formal appraisal. It provides an expert opinion only.
• Expert Opinion and Variability: Grading is subjective and may vary between experts. Aris Tsiropoulos Ltd and/or Tsiropoulos Jewelry is not responsible for such variations.
• Care and Voidance: Any subsequent physical changes, damage, alteration, or loss of the stone will immediately void the validity of the Report.
• Use of Reports by Customer: The Report is for the exclusive use of the customer. Use for advertising or reproduction is prohibited without written consent.
