Body: At Tsiropoulos, every piece we create is a reflection of our thirty-year commitment to quality, craftsmanship and client care. Should you wish to exchange an in-store purchase, our team is here to assist you with the same personal attention you received when you made your selection.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
WHO IS ELIGIBLE

Items purchased directly at our Nicosia atelier are eligible for exchange within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

Display the following in a bordered notice panel:
Please note: In-store purchases are not eligible for a monetary refund. Exchange is for store credit or an item of equivalent value only.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned:
• In its original, unused, undamaged and unopened condition
• With all original labels, packaging and documentation intact
• With your original Purchase Receipt or Exchange Card
• With all original Gemological Reports (GIA or other) included

IMPORTANT — 
⚠️ Failure to return the original gemological certificate will result in a replacement fee of €600. Please ensure all documentation is kept safe until your exchange is fully processed.

EXCEPTIONS

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS 

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
• Custom-made or bespoke commission pieces
• Items with personalised engraving
• Rings or pieces resized to your specification
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage after purchase
