Processing Time:

In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items (e.g., collection pieces crafted in your choice of size or metal): Up to 4 weeks.
Bespoke designs: Individual timelines will be agreed upon during your consultation and order confirmation.

Delivery Times:

Cyprus: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
European Union: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
International (non-EU): 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination customs clearance.

Shipping Costs:

Calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Signature Required:

For security and insurance purposes, all shipments require a signature from an adult recipient upon delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes:

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping & Returns Policy.

Eligibility (Online vs. In-Store):

This 14-day return and refund policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store. Items purchased directly at our physical store in Nicosia are not eligible for a refund and are governed by our In-Store Exchange Policy (exchange or voucher only). This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

Time Limit:

You have the legal right to cancel your order and request a full refund, without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item.

Notification and Return:

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing within this period by emailing info@tsiropoulos.net, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once notified, you must dispatch the returned item(s) to us within 14 calendar days of your cancellation request.

Condition:

The item must be returned unworn and undamaged, in its original condition, with all original packaging.

Documentation:

Please include all original labels, the purchase receipt and all accompanying documentation.

Inspection:

All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved and issued.

Gemological Certificates:

All original gemological certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI) must be included with the return. If an original certificate is missing, the cost of re-certifying and replacing it (currently €600) will be deducted from your final refund.

Exceptions:

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, including engraved pieces or rings resized to your specifications.

Amount Refunded:

You will be refunded the full price of the product and the original standard shipping costs (including all VAT paid).

Customer Costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. Returns must be sent via an insured, tracked courier. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Timeline:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, and no later than 14 days from your withdrawal notice.

Post-14 Days:

After 14 calendar days from delivery, items can no longer be returned for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

Reporting:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tsiropoulos.net within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Assessment:

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. If you prefer, we can also offer a voucher of equal value, redeemable online or in store.

Your Rights:

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
